BASIC TERMS

Please do not claim any of my work within my members area as your own. Please respect the time and effort I have put into my work and give credit where credit is due.

Please do not direct link to anything on my site. If it is available for download, please save it to your own computer and upload it to your own server.

Do not share your login information with anyone. If you are caught sharing your login information with anyone, your membership will be revoked immediately, and you will forfeit any funds paid for membership. IP Addresses are logged everytime you login to the members area, so please do not share your information.

Once you have logged into the members area, you forfeit your right to any refund.

Once you have entered the members area, it is important that you sign up for the update group. If you do not sign up for the update group, you will miss out on updates to the site. I no longer post my updates inside the members area, so in order to be informed of updates, you need to subscribe to the update group. If you have any problems doing this, please email me and I will help you.

All of my memberships include a tubing/profit license, so no additional funds are required to tube from my lineart.

I do not require you to have a website before joining my members area. This is subject to change in the future if it is brought to my attention that my terms are not being followed or respected.

My graphics are to be used on family friendly sites only. If my 5 year old twins can not view the content of your site, then do not use my graphics!

Membership logos are available in the members area, so when you login, please grab a logo and display it on your site and link it back to http://dreams2designs.com. You will have 7 days from the day you are approved to display your logo. Periodic checks will be done to ensure logos are being displayed. If your logo is not displayed, you will be informed through email and given a time frame in which to have it displayed. If after, the logo is still not displayed, your account will be suspended until the logo is displayed. A tubing/profit license is also provided for you to display. Though not mandatory, I would suggest you display it along side of your membership logo.

If you continue to use any content from my members area after your membership has expired, you must still display your membership logo as long as you use the content.

I do not require access to your members area unless my terms are suspected of being violated. At that time, I will contact you personally and ask for access to check and see if all terms are being respected. If found that you are violating my terms, the appropriate actions will be taken depending upon the severity of the violation.

If at any time, your information changes, such as your URL, email address, etc., you must let me know so I can update my records.

I do trade memberships with other site owners. The only thing I ask is that it is of equal trade. I will trade for any membership length that you are willing to trade. All of my memberships include a tubing/profit license, so I would expect any trade to include these as well.

My terms are subject to change at any time, so please keep checking back often for any changes.

LINEART

While I do not create lineart often, the lineart that is offered cannot be claimed as your own.

My lineart is not to be offered for download individually, in collections, through any type of group, forums, email or on cd's.

You must color/shade the lineart before you offer it for download.

Once the lineart is colored, you can do whatever you want with it. You can make tubes, siggie's, premades, adoptions, web sets, etc., and also profit from it.

If you make tubes and offer them in your members area or for sale on your site, please link back to my site on the same page so I am properly credited for the outline.

AS IS LINEART

The as is lineart that I have purchased to include in my members area is subject to all the terms above for my lineart, though credit is given to the respective artist! You may tube these and sell them as tube packs, use in members areas, siggie’e, premades, etc., just as long as it is not used in it’s original outline form.

TUBES

The tubes offered for download in my members area are not to be re-distributed in their original form.

You must add something to the tube to make it unique to you.

You can make siggie's, premades, adoptions, web sets, stationary, web bits, etc., as long as you add something to the tube and not just add text to it.

I do not require a link back to my site when you use my tubes, but I do ask that you give credit to me when you offer something using my tubes. For example, if you make a tag and offer it for request, please state somewhere in your offer that the tube(s) you used are from Dreams to Designs.

SIG TAG PREMADES

All of the tags in my members area are blank tags. I offered them this way so it would be easier for me to offer you tags. If I had to sit and fill tag orders all the time, I would not have much time for other things. Since you do not have to request and wait, you can use the tag as soon as you add your name to it. I felt this was easiest for both of us to offer my tags this way.

All of the sig tags available for download from my members area are not to be redistributed in any way or offered for download on any other site. They are not to be used in tag wars, no exceptions!

You may add your name to these tags and animate them any way that you wish, but make sure that you always link back to http://dreams2designs.com when using or displaying my tags.

You can use the sig tags to make a gift for a friend, as long as they link back to my site when using their tag.

ADOPTIONS

Adoptions are for decoration only.

They are not to be altered in any way.

No personalization should be done to them whatsoever.

When using my adoptions, you must have these protection scripts installed on your site: no right click, no drag, and disable image toolbar. If you need these scripts, you can find them at Dynamic Drive.

GOODIES

Any calendars, web bits, etc., should be linked back to me on the page that they are being used. A text link at the bottom of the page is fine for these types of things.

Please do not alter anything unless otherwise stated.

IM & OE STATIONARY

Any stationary offered for download is intended for your own personal use and may not be shared in any way. You may not share the stationary with anyone else, as it is a members only stationary. This includes sending it through groups such as yahoo or google for sharing purposes.

Do not rip apart my stationary for the graphics or far any reason. A lot of time and hard work goes into putting these together and it is disrespectful for anyone to rip apart the hard work I have done to make this stationary.

LAYOUTS/ WEB SETS

Layouts and web sets are not to be altered for any reason unless otherwise stated.

Each layout/web set comes with it's own terms of use, so please read those before using them.

I think I have covered everything I needed to in my terms, but if there is something I missed or something you misunderstand, please don't hesitate to ask me for clarification.
